About Victorious Personal Training
Meet Our Trainer - Victoria McNeil
At Victorious Personal Training (VPT), I help people build strength, restore confidence, and feel good in their bodies—no matter their age, injury history, or schedule. My mission is simple: to make fitness approachable, personalized, and truly sustainable.
I’m Victoria, founder and trainer at VPT. I started my own fitness journey in 2018 with one goal, look fit. But the deeper I got, the more I realized that real fitness goes far beyond aesthetics. It's about how well you move, how much energy you have, how you recover, and how empowered you feel in your day-to-day life.
In 2020, I started working at a gym and earned my personal training certification by early 2022. Since then, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, older adults rebuilding strength and balance, people recovering from injury, and professionals looking to stay consistent despite hectic schedules.
In 2023, I added assisted stretching to my practice, giving me a hands-on understanding of how the body holds tension and how to unlock better mobility and recovery. I’m currently expanding my education in nutrition to help clients not only move better but fuel better too.
With a strong foundation in science-backed training, real-world experience, and a deep commitment to growth, I design programs that meet you where you are and evolve with you over time. Whether you’re looking to move pain-free, stay active as you age, or finally make fitness fit your lifestyle, I’m here to help.
Let’s take the first step together.

4 Keys to Success
1
Accountability and Commitment
As your personal trainer, I am committed to holding you accountable and pushing you towards achieving your fitness goals. I will call you out on your excuses and remind you to focus on your progress. Together we will discuss ways you can stay committed to your health long term, while still enjoying the process.
2
Nutritional Guidance
Whether you are losing weight or gaining muscle, learning about nutrition and hydration for your exercise program is essential. We will help you curb unhealthy eating habits by holding you accountable and holding weekly nutrition check-ins.
3
Customized Workout Plan
Using science and research backed methods I will create a training program based on your goals, limitations, equipment, and frequency of exercise. Keep the intensity low/high enough to achieve results. Learn why certain exercises are best for you and your goals! If your goals change, you can always change your exercise program to match no matter how far in you are.
4
Record Keeping and Goal Setting
A great way to stay motivated, accountible, and oragnized is keeping good records of your workouts and goals. We will record your initial training session and every workout from then. This gives us the opportunity to see exercise likes/dislikes, overall progress, and other things that may impact exercise.
